The image supplied is from the "Archäologisches Museum der Stadt Kelheim" where they sell the piece as a keychain (the title of their page in German describes it as a "horse-headed belt buckle"). The image of the "original" here is apparently also a reproduction. Since it appears on the museum site and Kelheim is very important Celtic archaeological dig site, I'm sure there *is* an original which looks like this discussed in a scholarly paper somewhere but I couldn't find one. Most of the details are given in the context of selling the thing so scant but the museum page claims 1st century. - Comyn
