Cracklins crackling away
Brogan's smiling because he knows just how delicious this pig is going to be! At many of our feasts, Brogan is the fireside magician, overseeing the roasting of the pig to perfection, as well as the organizing of all the side dishes which are brought and made by other members, so that everything is cooked, hot, and ready to serve at the same time. Not an easy feat, considering that open fires are the only source of heat! Many years of practice has made Brogan a master outdoor chef - he brings to our tables homemade sausages, Scotch eggs, and bluefish recipes that make your mouth water. This is all in addition to the home-brewed ales and meads that he brings to the events! Anything Brogan learns to do, he shares with the clann in true Celtic tradition. Budnahi!
