The truth about the Vomitorium

Post by Comyn » Fri Jan 20, 2017 6:54 am

I don't know how I got to be this old and still thinking that there were such things as Vomitoriums in ancient Rome. This article explains the history of the myth of the Vomitorium; the genesis of the mis-application of the word to a room where Roman leaders would purge themselves.
