The table top lumber is 4 pieces of standard 3/4" x 6" cedar decking. I think the length is 4 feet I gotta measure it again.

Better to secure materials
It would save time if everyone would secure materials before hand. Then we can get right down to business when we get together. A lot can be done in one night. We made leg templates and use a router to make the mortises, it saves lots o time. We should be able to finish one in 2 work sessions. Ya wa...

One way of getting the crap out is filling it part way with gravel and shaking it. That will act like a kinda sandpaper and scrape the junk off. Then coat it with bees wax. Mine came out great.

I made my new armor out of 9 to 10 oz. leather. I water hardened it and it is relatively light and very tough. I’ll be more then glad to help anyone that wants to make such armor.
